- Then there is that all time favourite Bruschetta, simple, delicious and quite filling: toasted slices of bread served with a topping of tomatoes marinated in garlic and always a winner. Returning guests expect to find these staples on the menu and indeed we never disappoint them.
Another much acclaimed dish is the filetto di manzo al gorgonzola, tender and succulent beef fillet with gorgonzola cheese, sweet peppers and cream and a variety of vegetables such as parsley potatoes, carrots and green beans – always al dente and extra fine.
